Terms of Service
These terms explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how our working relationship is governed once you use this website or hire us for SEO services.
01 Agreement to These Terms
Florida SEO Agency operates the website floridaseo.agency and provides search engine optimization services to businesses across Florida. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Florida SEO Agency, and “you” refers to anyone who visits this website or engages us for services.
By browsing this website, submitting a form, or signing up for any service we offer, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this website or our services.
02 Who Can Use This Site
Our services are intended for business owners, marketers, and authorized representatives acting on behalf of a business. You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services or submit a request through this website.
03 Description of Our Services
We provide local SEO, technical SEO, SEO audits, keyword research, Google Business Profile optimization, SEO consulting, link building, and AEO and GEO optimization services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, order form, or service agreement signed between you and Florida SEO Agency, which takes priority over the general descriptions on this website.
We reserve the right to change, expand, or discontinue any service listed on this website at any time, without affecting work already committed to under an active agreement.
04 No Guaranteed Results
Search engines and AI platforms control their own ranking algorithms and results, and no agency, including ours, can guarantee a specific ranking, a specific amount of traffic, or a specific number of leads. We commit to sound strategy, transparent reporting, and honest communication about what is realistic for your industry and market.
Rankings, visibility, and AI citation frequency can be affected by factors outside our control, including algorithm updates, competitor activity, your website’s technical condition before we begin work, and changes you or your team make to the site without notifying us.
05 Your Responsibilities as a Client
To do this work properly, we need timely access and cooperation from you. This includes:
- Providing accurate business information, including your address, hours, and services, since inaccurate information directly affects local SEO performance
- Granting timely access to your website, hosting account, Google Business Profile, or analytics platforms when a project requires it
- Reviewing and approving content, page changes, or strategy recommendations within a reasonable time
- Telling us about any changes made to your website by you, your staff, or another vendor while we are working on it
Delays in providing access or approvals can extend project timelines, and we are not responsible for missed timelines caused by delays on your end.
06 Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined on our pricing page or in your signed proposal, whichever applies to your engagement. Monthly retainer services are billed in advance unless your agreement states otherwise, and payment is due on the date specified in your invoice.
Late payments may result in a pause of active work until your account is brought current. We will always notify you before pausing a project over payment.
07 Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a monthly service at any time with written notice, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Work already completed and delivered is not eligible for a refund, since SEO work involves real time and resources spent on your behalf regardless of how search engines later respond.
Any specific refund terms in your signed proposal or service agreement will apply in place of this general policy.
08 Intellectual Property
This website, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying code, belongs to Florida SEO Agency and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, or reuse this content without our written permission.
Once a project is paid in full, content and assets we create specifically for your website, such as blog posts, page copy, and schema markup, become your property to use as you see fit. Any proprietary tools, internal processes, or reporting templates we use to deliver our services remain our property.
09 Confidentiality
Working together often means sharing sensitive business information, such as analytics access, business strategy, or customer data. We treat this information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the agreed service, such as submitting your business to a citation directory, or where required by law.
10 Data and Privacy
Any personal information you submit through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Under Florida law, we maintain reasonable security measures to protect personal information you share with us and will notify affected individuals as required if a data breach occurs involving that information.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
11 Third Party Tools and Links
Our work may involve third party platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, analytics tools, or citation directories. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of these third party services, since they operate independently of Florida SEO Agency.
This website may also link to external resources for informational purposes. Linking to a third party site does not mean we endorse everything on it, and we are not responsible for its content.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida SEO Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including lost revenue, lost rankings, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
13 Indemnification
You agree to hold Florida SEO Agency harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of our services, your violation of these terms, or content you provided to us that infringes on someone else’s rights.
14 Termination
We may suspend or end services if you violate these terms, fail to pay for services rendered, or ask us to perform work that is unethical, illegal, or against a search engine’s published guidelines, such as paid link schemes or fabricated review generation.
15 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
16 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use this website or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
